Our Homeowner's Association is self-managed by a 5 member Board of Directors.  The Co-Owners have an opportunity to elect either 2 or 3 Board members, for a 2-year term, at the Annual Meeting on the second Tuesday of each April.

 

Our mission is to ensure that your HOA dues are being spent efficiently and economically, while keeping the subdivision's appearance desirable and the preserving the homes' curb appeal.

 

Please take a look around the website, and register under the "Homeowners" page.  We intend for this website to be our primary form of communication for events, bulk email notifications, a way to make online payments for annual dues, and to interact with your fellow neighbors.
